| Message: | ANY HELP GRATEFULLY RECEIVED I am searching for any information on Florence Mary Stock born 21/12/1911 her fathers name was Percy James Stock and her mothers name was Mary Bashford/Stock and they lived at the time of Florences birth at 6 Gillies Street St Pancras London. i believe Florence married Eric Gordon Payne in october 1939 Florence use to be an assistant librarian in 1939. at the time of her marriage she lived in Hove, and her husband Eric lived i believe at 104 pollard road Hove. They got married at the methodist church in pollard road Hove I HAVE ALSO CHECKED SOME BIRTHS FROM 1939 ONWARDS AND FOUND JOYCE A.D PAYNE BORN 1943 AND BRENDA M. PAYNE BORN 1947 AND A JOHN F. He would have 2 older Sisters, who were around 3yrs and 5yrs old at the time of the adoption. I handed my baby over personally to the new parents and his 2 sisters at Warwick Adoption Office with a MR Brown (the hardest thing I have ever had to do), although all the court papers went through the Nuneaton Court. I think his adoptive Father used to work in a car factory at the time. If anyone knows who or where he is will you please contact me. He will be 40yrs old this year. Thankyou | |
