| Message: | my birth mother called me melanie when i was born in lisburn hospital on the 9/9/87.my name now is laura melanie pickering.i weighed 3.35kgs when i was born.my mum left a wee white blaket with me when she put me up for adoption.i know that my mum was 15 when she had me and just about to set her gcses.my dad was 23 and they are both from lisburn.i also know my grandmother has a blood condition known as hyperlipid.anne marie's sister lives near her with her husband and 2 children & 2 brothers who live and work in london and the third oldest brother live close to her in a village in lisburn.anne marie;s mother works as a receptionist in a large factory.i also know that my father davids ideal job is as a sound recordist in a recording studio,he lived with his parents and his father is a security man and his mother is a machine operator.i know that my dad objected to the adoption but was unwilling to accept responsibility for anne marie and me(melanie).the social worker that delt with the case was called mauiee o'kane.i was put into fostercare till dec 1987,i dont know anyother information about my birth parents but if anyone knows anything could you please get in contact with me.my mum would be 36 now and my dad would be 44.i would like to know were i came from. | |
