I was born in 1947 he knew all about it and offered her the money but she refused. l was born in January 1947 to a lady called Grace. I am looking for my father. He was married to my mum anita solman, at the time of my birth. They where both in the army stationed at munster germany. They split up in 1974. they both returned to the uk. my mother returned to atherton gtr manchester. His last known where abouts was bangor area, nothern ireland, working as a bus driver. I would dearly love to find him as i never knew him, not even a photograph. Does anyone remember michael david frend anywhere d.o.b 16/09/1953 he would be 58ish. All leads have lead to a dead end. All i have is a copy of his birth certificate. I also beleive he had a twin brother paul who died at around the age of 22. That would of been in the early seventies. His mother my grandmother was called gwendoline elizabeth frend and his father my grandfather harry earnest frend, michael was born in poole, dorset .many thanks just to say i`ve contacted my father and hes a lovely man. im so happy. we`re in contact at least once a week. so thanks to you all who helped me find him, i am forever in your debt, thank you.
