| Message: | I am a litle confused at the moment. The maiden name of my mothers mother on her birth cert is mullaney. However my nan is adamant her maiden name was thompson. I am now thinking maybe my mother was adopted or that my nan has lied to us both for over 40 years which i prefer to think is untrue. that is why i am asking complete strangers if the have any information about my family. my mums full name is karen t m bishop and i believe she was born in camden town in london the same as me. However this could be another fabrication and she was simply adopted to camden. this may seem a horrible suggestion to u all but we simply want the truth of our heritage. I truly believe that my mam and nan are related in whatever capacity but the truth is long overdue. I have searched and searched for my nans birth certificate without success so i have to believe whether my nan is my true nan or not that that is my mothers mothers maiden name. i beeseech anyone with any helpful information to contact me. i would be so very very grateful x below is a picture of my mam (whom is a total diamond and i would be forever lost without her) | |
