Im not sure if my Mum (Christine Trembling, now Mason) registered Kelvins surname as Trembling which was her name before she married my dad then she became Mason. Im not sure if Kelvin, who most probably had his name changed when he was adopted was born in Bristol Maternity Hospital or Southmead Hospital in Bristol.
