| Message: | I am seeking my birth mother Mary Ellen Fallon. I was born on 18th May 1962 at the Nightingale maternity home, Derby, and named Martin David Fallon. Mary was resident at the Borrowash House Catholic Mother & Baby home and I was placed for adoption shortly afterwards. Mary was from Ireland but had been living in England for 4 years. She was living in Leicester prior to my birth but subsequently went to live with friends in Leeds 6 in 1962/1963. If you have any information that would help me, please reply to this posting. | |

| Message: | Thankyou to everyone who has posted messages on my mother and half brothers, i am now looking into them.... i have been also and most importantly been looking for my father. My father as named above was with my mother Karen Cruse for a few years between 1982 -1985 they lived in derby and in the march of 1987 both put me and my brother richard up for adoption.. any information regarding his where abouts would be greatly recieved..... previous postin reads: My name is Joanne ( but i was born johan louise cruse ) i was adopted when i was 2 maybe 3 yr years old.Ive been brought up in nottingham. I was adopted with my older brother Richard who is 18 months older then me, his D.O.B is 13.9.83 and my D.O.B is the 31.03.85. I think since i was addopted 2 more boys were born which would make them my Half brothers...... MARK ANTHONY CRUSE in November 1988 and MICHAEL RONALD L CRUSE in October 1989 I know i was took in to care when i was 6 months but karen (sirname was ward) did have us back for a while and moved in with her sister...... her sisters name is christen i was born in derby on buchan street an i was adopted when i was 2 in nottingham. im looking for both my parents and any other sibling i may have. Additional information my mother i think has been married 3 times,Martin P Cruse in 1982 and Norman L Dunmore i dont have any time frame on that, i then beleive she has gone on to marry a 3rd time a alan upton who lives in derby | |

| Message: | FOUND! Thanks to all who replied trying to help. Bit of detective work found me looking in Sheffield! I am looking for David Stafford - son of George and Dorothy Stafford (possibly ne้ Jones?). He would have been born 1935 onwards, perhaps up to 1945. If born during the war years may have been born Edinburgh, where his parents may have evacuated. Unsure if there are any other siblings. David and/or his family may have owned a small farm in the Derbyshire area. Would be grateful for any info anyone can offer. The family would have known Andrew and Edith Turnbull - also from Derby.
