| Message: | Seeking information on William Alexander HENDRY, he was born 9th June 1922 in Sunderland. Bill/Billy moved to the London area C1936, worked in various jobs waiter/window cleaner, he served in the Royal Navy in WW2. He married twice [both ended in divorce] and after his second marriage ended he returned to London 1950/1960. He died in Hendon 5th July 1990 at Edgware Hospital, the informant on his death was Eileen Dorothy O'NEILL [occupier] so possibly the warden of the sheltered accommodation he lived in Wendover Lodge, Marriotts Close West Hendon Does anybody have information on Bill HENDRY, his estranged children would like to know what happened to Bill and gain some closure on their childhood. | |
