| Message: | My names is Sarah Fuller i am 21 years old now, i was adopted at birth. I was born on May 10th 1989 at the James Paget Hospital in Great Yarmouth my name at birth was Emma, but as far as i am aware i was not registered as Emma, i was registered as a Sarah when i was adopted at i think it was about 13 day's old. In that time i remained in hosiptal. But once adopted it was changed to Sarah. I am trying to get in contact with my birth Mum and Dad. All i no is there last name is Sprie, i think that is how you spell it. Or it could be Spry. As far as i am aware i have an older Brother and Sister, im not 100% sure if they still living with Mum. If anyone could help me in anyway possible to find them and get in contact with them it would be much appriated. Please feel free to leave me a message back, and i will reply.
