| Message: | irene was born 17 nov 1946 at 3 dunrobin buildings tain to annie c whitehead who at the time was a widow of john whitehead annie at the time already had 3 children from her marriage to john my mother was the eldest her name is ann then theres tom and john my mother can remember even though at the time she was only 5 there been a baby in a pram after returning from school one day the baby had gone there was talk in the family that her mother had the baby adopted as she could not cope later my mother and her 2 brothers were adopted by their paternal grandmother annie went on to marry for the second time and had 2 more children maureen and william which through my research have managed to track down maureen so theres going to be a reunion next year when all the brothers and sisters meet for the first time there will be just 1 person missing thats irene if she was adopted her name would probably have been changed and maybe moved to who knows where?may be there is someone out there who knows where she is if so please get in touch she will be 62 now kindest regards | |
