When my mother died,me, my brother Charles and sisters were taken into Wallhouse Childrens Home in Torphichen, Bathgate, West Lothian. I seem to remember a sister Winifred? who had to leave when she turned 16. I have not seen or heard from her since about 1958/59. My brother Charles died at Bathgate Swimming Baths when he was young and that left me and my other sisters, Margaret and Helen. We were fostered out to the Mc Millan family of Shaw Avenue Armadale.I remember being told when someone came to see us one day that she was sent away by my foster parents and told not to come back. Was this you Winifred? Or was it Dorothy another sister? If you read this please contact me I have missed you in my life and need to find you. We were all born in Boness and my Father Sandy had the Barber shop there. We also had an uncle Hector who had a Daughter Helen who I would like to hear from.
