The adoption forms describe her as 5\\\'\\\'8ft, blue eyes, rosy complexion, well built, came from a large family, went to a secondary modern, then onto factory work, and enjoyed music and dancing. My father\\\'s father was named James was given no surname, was 6\\\'\\\'ft, well built, blue eyes, was a bar man and bailiff. | |

He met someone near the end of that war (Celia)and she had his son David Brooke Oldham, born in Egebaston Birmiingham in 1946. Understanding he wished no contact with the child I am looking for family who may give us some info on the family background (the grandmother was remembered to have wept at the only meeting with their child before being rejected. Maybe someone has a memory of this.(grandchildren of the same) seriously searching. No contact is required if not wanted by family.
