Seeking:  Caroline O'brien
Location:  South East : Hastings
Message:  am looking on behalf of my husband for Caroline O’Brien , his birth mother and Darren Williams, his birth father. He is desperate to find them but cannot bear to go through the emotional rollercoaster of searching, so I am doing it for him . We know the following: - My husband was born in St Theresa's hospital on the 3rd January 1982 at 1.38pm Carolinecalled my Husband James. She was 16 at the time of his birth. She stayed at West Hill before and after he was born. She was a catholic and came from a large Irish family who lived in the UK. Darren Williams was also 16 at the time of the birth. He was English, he was apprenticing as an electrician. Darrens father was a foreman in a warehouse and his mother a teacher. The adoption took place at County Court on 23rd June 1982. Caroline was listed as ‘ Caroline Nelson’ on the records we received but we believe she was registered as Caroline O’Brien at birth. Caroline was born in Hastings. If anybody has any information at all please contact me. We are trying for a baby and I know it is important to him to find them ASAP. Please note we cannot pay anyone to find them as have little money.

Seeking:  Colin Tuffin
Location:  Greater London : Chiswick
Message:  I am trying to trace my half brother Colin Tuffin born 27th February 1960 for my mother who is Christine Tuffin, she was in a mother and baby house at 53 Barrowgate Road, Chiswick London, and had Colin in Queen Charlottes in Chiswick, he was adopted and it is thought that the family he went to already had another older boy. They were from the Lancashire area I think or at least (North) as the family had to stay over before taking Colin home with them. It would mean the world to us all to know that you are ok and to explain the circumstances at the time. We have a few photographs taken at the time.

Message:  I am a male born on 9th May 1960 in Hendon, Greater London. I was adopted as a baby. I have very little more information to go on. I would love to find out about where I came from. If my parents are still alive I would like to let them know that I am fine and that I am grateful to them for giving me life. Whatever the reasons for the adoption, everything worked out well for me, and I have no complaints or resentment.
