| Message: | Would anybody know anything about a former Marine called Jack Govier whose parents used to run a pub in Cullompton in the 1940's. Jack was a Marine and spent time in North Devon in the Instow area. He apparently was friendly with a lady called Pat/Patsy. If he is still alive he would by eighty years plus. Thank you.
