Our Missing You service is free and will remain so. But if you are pleased at how it has worked for you - or want to ensure its long-term future for others seeking long-lost friends or family - you can help by making a donation here. Half of all donations will go to Shelter, the charity for the homeless.

How you can help others find friends and loved ones

Many people have been thrilled or even overwhelmed at how Missing You has brought them back in touch with someone they thought they might never see again.

As well as offering thanks, they ask if there is any other way they can show their appreciation and perhaps help bring about other heart-warming reunions.

Our service is a free one but obviously incurs running costs. You can make a donation to ensure the long-term future of Missing You so thousands of others have the chance to find long-lost relatives, colleagues or friends. We will give half of all donations to Shelter.

Shelter is a charity that works to alleviate the distress caused by homelessness and bad housing, often helping people who feel they have no friends or family to call on. More details at www.shelter.org.uk

If you prefer to donate by post, please send a cheque - made payable to TMS Media - to Missing You, TMS Media, 1 Viking Road, Gapton Hall, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk NR31 0NU. Again, half of everything received will go to Shelter. Please do not send cash through the post.
