| Message: | I am looking for my birth father. We have never met and the only information that I have is what is on my birth certificate. His name is Ian Wills and he was a Mechanical Engineer in the Royal Navy. I was born in Plymouth so I am assuming that he was stationed there at some point. My mother lived at 11 Zion Street in Plymouth. I am only interested in learning the circumstances that led to my being put into care as a baby. | |
